MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

A year-round program built to guide goalies beyond on-ice training. Mentors provide technical advice, mental coaching, and career direction to elevate both performance and confidence.

Who it’s for: Goalies who want to accelerate their growth, develop better habits, and take ownership of their performance.

Starting at $400/month

    • Two mentorship Zoom sessions per month (film breakdown + growth planning)

    • Access to Stalwart’s nutrition and performance partners

    • Custom off-ice and on-ice training recommendations

    • Accountability and communication throughout the month

    • Optional add-on video analysis packages

  • You’ll have a mentor in your corner year-round—someone who cares about your growth both on and off the ice. Each goalie receives a customized development plan built around their individual strengths and goals. Monthly video analysis, mental training, and leadership development provide both structure and inspiration. Plus, goalies gain access to exclusive resources, visual drills, and ongoing one-on-one support from their mentor.
